Im a brand-new customer to Atlantic City Electricfresh off the PSEG boat, if you will. Ive always been under PSEG's wing, so I didnt know what to expect. Lets just say... I braced myself for the usual press 1 for disappointment. But instead, I got Dezian actual angel with a headset.

I was in the middle of a life crisis (yes, one of those days), and Dezi didnt just help me with my new home setupshe listened. Like, really listened. She didnt cut me off, she didnt rush me, and she even gave me options I didnt know existed. I almost forgot I was calling about electric service and not life coaching! Compared to my experiences with PSEGwhere I always felt like Customer #456092 asking for too muchthis was next level. I mean, who knew utility customer service could be uplifting?

And because I was so genuinely moved by her kindness and knowledge, I asked to speak to her supervisor (not to complaindont worry!). Thats when Ms. Thomas came on the line. And WOWtalk about leadership that leads with heart. She was warm, gracious, and sincerely appreciative of my feedback. She shared the companys mission to provide excellent customer service, and honestly? Mission accomplished. I felt like a valued person, not just another account number.

Listen... the service I got? Im setting calendar reminders to pay my bill early. Thats how motivated I am. Dezi and Ms. Thomas didnt just earn my loyaltythey earned my gratitude. Yall better hold on to them tight because those two are absolute rockstars. I hope they get some kind of recognitionawards, shout-outs, maybe a parade? (Okay, maybe thats too much... but I wouldnt be mad at a raise in their honor! )

One little suggestion: It would be awesome to have a dedicated email or section on your website just for positive feedback. I looked high and low, but everything funneled me into a generic form and I wasnt even sure if it would reach the right eyes. These amazing women deserved more than a digital abyss, so here I am, typing this with full-on gratitude to make sure corporate sees this.

In short: Thank you, Dezi and Ms. Thomas. You made a chaotic day feel manageable and gave me hope that exceptional service still exists. Im seriously excited to be an Atlantic City Electric customerand I never thought Id say that about a utility company!

Hello, I just want to make an effort to leave an OUTSTANDING review for one of your utility guys Luca who helped with my restoration of service today, 12/26/2025. Luca was SO genuinely thorough, thoughtful, and he extensively helped me with any and all questions, tips, and advice in the most thoughtful way possible. I feel Luca enjoys his job, and he was exceptionally mindful about my situation. He made me feel like I didn't have to rush, I had so many questions about different things and he explained everything to me diligently. He was truly a pleasure to have today. I wish I could have shown him how much I appreciated his devotion to his job, and customers in general. I just wanted to leave a 5 star review for him, with the company directly. Jessica was a breath of fresh air today! Approx. 11:45 am I called into AC electric to discuss a surprise charge I saw on my account! Prepared for some person to have an attitude on the other line, I was greeted by a very professional and upbeat personality within 2 minutes of calling in. That persons name was Jessica and she wasnt an AI bot ( which I was very happy with and surprised by as most companies now are just using these bots to filter etc a customer needs and they are NOT effective) !!!
Jessica very effortlessly got to working on my problem, she read thru all the previous notes and saw where things got input wrongly and corrected the issue within a matter of minutes! I really had to write a review about her to make sure management keeps her and keeps your mission to allow human interaction to resolve issues and not AI bots! Jessica is an amazing AC rep and she deserves all the accolades and recognition. Possibly she should train your other staff too.
